Every step on your route is one short lesson: the idea in plain words, a worked example, then a few questions to check it landed.

Remember it months later

Each concept you finish comes back as a short review 2 days later. The gap grows each time you recall it well and shrinks when you don’t, up to 180 days apart. How the review schedule works.
